Coronation Street fans were quick to spot a problem today as David and Ryan performed a common household chore.
Tonight's episode saw the neighbours hang their washing out as they chatted away.
David hung up a variety of trousers and tops as Ryan pegged out lots of different pieces of clothing.

Ryan seemed clueless as he tried to complete his task and David was quick to offer him some advice.
David told him to "hang the tops by the bottoms and the bottoms by the tops."
But viewers at home were quick to criticise both of the men's technique, with several saying it made them feel anxious and infuriated.
Ali Green said: "Anyone else criticising how the men are hanging up the washing!! Absolutely no clue."
Owen said: "I know it’s a soap but who on earth hangs washing up like that."
Vicki said: "Watching them hang the washing out is giving me anxiety."
Taniawren said: "Ofgs!! Why can't men hang washing up? lol."
Michael Anderson said: "David that's not how you put trousers on the washing line ffs."
