Coronation Street confirms why Gary Windass is after Ryan Connor amid deadly twist

Coronation Street has teased the drama that could lead new villain Gary Windass to brutally beat up Ryan Connor.

Recent pictures from location filming confirmed Gary would attack Ryan, leaving him bloodied and bruised.

Michelle Connor's son isn't currently involved with Gary, so the scenes did spark some confusion.

Now, new spoilers have hinted what may lead to the dramatic scenes, as Ryan gets on the wrong side of his neighbour.

It kicks off when Gary stashes a wad of Rick Neelan's cash in a drawer in the furniture shop, before asking Ryan to mind the shop.
