Cork's Steven Cairns will bid to continue his rise up the professional ranks with a fight in Germany next month.
The super featherweight will take on a yet to be confirmed opponent at the Classic Remise in Dusseldorf on November 13.
It will be the second professional fight of the 19-year-old's career after an impressive opening victory over the experienced Rafael Castillo in Spain in June.
Cairns turned pro after a decorated amateur career that saw him rack up seven national titles.
The rising star said of his latest challenge: “I am delighted to be back in action on the 13th of November on a massive card in Dusseldorf, Germany.
"My preparation has been amazing and I am looking forward to putting on a show for everyone.
"I’d like to thank my team and all my sponsors, without them this would not be possible.”
