A lucky punter has scooped the EuroMillions Plus top prize of €500,000 tonight.
There was no winner of the monster €25,800,035 jackpot but one Cork player will be looking forward to Christmas after their windfall.
A National Lottery spokesperson said: "There was one winner of the Plus top prize. The winning ticket was sold in Cork."
The numbers drawn were: 5, 7, 9, 29 and 35.
Meanwhile, in the main draw, the numbers drawn were 2, 10, 19, 21, 47 and lucky stars 2 and 8.
Over 41,000 players in Ireland bagged prizes, including ten players who scooped €5,000 each in the Ireland Only Raffle Prize.
The winning raffle numbers were I-HKZ-51531, I-HKZ-67087, I-HLB-16004, I-HLB-91879, I-HLC-01341, I-HLC-58234, I-HLC-96788, I-HLD-04961, I-HLD-43236 and I-HLD-81462.
