Cork hope to seal another two or three loan deals this week after landing Kyron Stabana today.
The right-back joins the Rebels until the summer from AFC Wimbledon and said: “I jumped at the chance to come here.”
Stabana, 21, started his career at Derby County and had loans at Boston United and Tamworth.
He then joined Wimbledon in 2018 where he had another two loan stints with Tamworth.
Cork City boss Neale Fenn said: “We’ve been chasing him for a while, so we were pleased to get the deal over the line.
“He’s an attacking right back, so he gives us another option. Charlie Fleming is here as well but are different types of players. It gives us an opportunity to change things up.”
Fenn added: “We’re hoping to get another two or three loan deals over the line in the next couple of days, so hopefully we’ll have more news on that front this week.
“Lads we’ve been chasing have decisions to make in the next few days.”
