Corey Crawford makes his first start in 10 months as Blackhawks lose to Coyotes, 4-1

CHICAGO _ Corey Crawford made 26 saves in his first game in 10 months, but it wasn't enough as the Coyotes beat the Blackhawks, 4-1, Thursday night at the United Center.

Erik Gustafsson's first goal of the season was all the scoring for the Hawks, who failed to play an overtime period for the first time this season after five straight OT games.

Lawson Crouse and Clayton Keller each scored, and Vinnie Hinostroza had a pair of goals, including an empty-net goal to seal the win for the Coyotes, who improved to 2-4. Antti Raanta made 33 saves for the Coyotes.

The Hawks dropped to 3-1-2.
