Cops share image of man wanted after assault in Glasgow's Southside

Cops have released an image of a man they wish to speak with after an assault in Glasgow.

The incident took place at around 1.20pm on Thursday, 3 June, on Pollokshaws Road, near to Queen's Park toilet block.

Months on from the attack, police have released an image of a man they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

He can be see wearing a balaclava over his head, with dark clothing and a rucsack.

Anyone with information regarding the incident or the man pictured is urged to come forward.

Police Constable Ross Miller said "I would appeal to the man pictured, anyone who witnessed this incident or who recognises the man in the images to contact us, as their information could assist with our investigation.

“Anyone with any information is asked to contact Police Scotland by calling 101, quoting incident 1857 of the 3 June, 2021, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
