Cops release image of man after firearms incident in Paisley as detectives continue probe

Cops are hunting for a man who could help them with their inquiries after a firearms incident in .

Officers from are continuing to probe the incident which took place on Sunday, September 9, 2018, on Shuttle Street.

An image of a male has been released who may be able to assist detectives.

Members of the public who know the man on the images are being urged to contact police.

The man is described as white, around 5ft 8-10 inches in height, of slim build and short .

He is shown in the image wearing a dark hooded top with his hood up, light blue "VOI" denim jeans with the letters "V" on both rear jean pockets and light blue trainers with a white sole.

He is also carrying a large dark rucksack.


Detective Constable Brian Seggie, from , said: "We would appeal to anyone who recognises the man in the images to please get in touch as it is vital that we speak to them.

"Anyone with information is asked to call CID officers in Paisley via 101, quoting incident number 885 of 9 September 2018. 

"Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where details can be given in confidence."
