Cops release CCTV images of man after Glasgow Central Station attack

Cops have released images of a man following an attack at Glasgow Central Station.

The assault took place at the busy station at around 4:40pm on May 1 2021.

British Transport Police (BTP) has released CCTV images of a man they believe may have information and can assist their enquiries into the incident.

The man is described as white, with dirty fair hair, 5ft 9. He's of muscular build, has a tattoo sleeve on the right arm.

He was wearing a blue zipper top, blue jeans, and grey and white trainers at the time of the incident.

A British Transport spokesperson said: "The man in the images, anyone who knows him or anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contacted officers at BTP at CoRE@btp.pnn.police.uk, texting 61016, or calling 0800 40 50 quoting reference 2100030318.

"Alternatively, anyone with information can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
