Police have raced to an ongoing incident at a building site in Annan.
Officers were called out to Hallmeadow Place at 9.45am and currently remain on the scene.
One person has been injured but the extent of injuries are not yet known.
Mercy crews are also in attendance.
A police spokeswoman said: "At around 9.45am on Thursday the 21st of January we were called to a report of a person having been injured at a building site in Hallmeadow Place, Annan.
"Emergency services are in attendance."
