Cops pose with battering ram outside raided East Lothian drugs house

East Lothian cops posed for pictures wielding a battering ram after raiding a drugs house in Musselburgh.

Officers raided the house yesterday on a drugs warrant, finding a cannabis growing operation inside.

The 29-year-old occupant was charged after cops found the cannabis and other controlled drugs in the house.

In a statement Police Scotland said: "Officers from the East Lothian Community Action Team conducted a Misuse of Drugs search warrant at a residential property in James Street, Musselburgh, yesterday morning.

"During the search a cannabis cultivation and an amount of other controlled substances were found."
