A man has been arrested after the body of a man was found in a property in Dundee .
Police were called to a property in Benvie Gardens at 2:50am on Sunday after reports that a 39-year-old man had died.
Detectives confirmed a 33-year-old man has been charged in connection with the death.
He is due to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on Tuesday, 3 March, 2020.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
