Police have closed off an Aberdeenshire road as they deal with an ongoing incident.
The A947 Fyvie to Turriff road is currently shut and diversions are in place as officers deal with an incident.
The circumstances of the road closure are not yet known but the road is expected to remain closed for a "considerable" amount of time.
Police Scotland confirmed to the Daily Record they were dealing with an ongoing incident and there was no risk to the wider public.
