Celtic fan found 'safe and well' after going missing from home in Glasgow

A 24-year-old man who went missing from his home in Glasgow has been found safe and well, according to police.

Jamie Shreenan, of Balbeggie Street in the Sandyhills area of the city, was last seen by friends at his home at around 6pm on Saturday, 22 January.

Officers from Police Scotland grew 'increasingly concerned' for his welfare and believed he may have travelled to the Wishaw area.

Jamie, a Celtic fans, is described as white, 6ft 3in tall and of slim build with brown receding hair.

He has distinctive neck tattoos which including one of playing cards.

A statement from Police Scotland read: "Jamie Shreenan (24) who had been missing from Sandyhills, Glasgow has been traced safe and well.

"Thank you for your comments and shares."
