Cops launch manhunt after three men break into Glasgow home in broad daylight

Cops have launched a manhunt after three men broke into a Glasgow home in broad daylight yesterday afternoon.

Residents in the area reported seeing a heavy police presence and estimated around 10 police vehicles raced to the incident at Westfield Drive.

Enquiries are currently ongoing to trace the three crooks involved in the break-in around 2.15pm on Friday.

Anyone with information is being urged to contact police on 101.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said : “Officers attended at Westfield Drive, Glasgow at 2.15pm on Friday, 21 May after reports that three men broke into a house.

"Enquiries are ongoing to trace the men responsible and anyone with any information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting 1786 of 21 May."
