Two suspects fled the scene after drugs worth an estimated £150,000 were seized by police in Fife during a routine vehicle stop.

Road policing officers stopped a black Vauxhall Insignia on Strathkinnes Road, Kirkcaldy, at around 12.30pm on Tuesday.

They discovered a large quantity of cannabis as they searched the car.

Inquiries are ongoing to identify the occupants of the vehicle, who fled the scene.
