Police have launched a public appeal to find a missing teenage girl just six hours after she was last seen.
Casey Scott, who is from Orkney, vanished from her home in Kirkwall at around 8pm last night.
The 16-year-old was last seen by family members wearing a blue sequins dress.
Casey is described as being white, 5ft 6ins tall and of slim build with long bleached hair.
Anyone with information as to her whereabouts is urged to contact Ayr Police Office on 101, quoting reference number 4629 of May 12.
