Cops launch frantic search to find missing Paisley teen girl as concerns grow

Police are searching for a 13-year-old girl who went missing from her home in Paisley two days ago.

Allisa McLardie was last seen at around 10.30am on Thursday, April 24 in Bargarron Drive area of the Renfrewshire town.

Cops have said there is mounting concern given her age and have released a description.

She is described as 5'3", of slim build, with waist length brown hair with blonde highlights.

When last seen she was wearing black Jeans, pink long sleeved top and black trainers but she may have changed her clothing since then.

A spokeswoman for the Renfrewshire and Inverclyde police division said: "We are very concerned for Allisa given her age.

"Anyone who has seen Allisa or anyone who knows of her whereabouts is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident number 1096 of 24 April."
