Cops launch desperate search for missing man as family fear for his wellbeing

Cops have launched a desperate search for a missing man as his family fear for his wellbeing.

Joe Feeney was last seen at a house on Clairinsh, Balloch, around 8.30am on Wednesday, September 29.

The 54-year-old was reported missing last night.

Joe's family is urgently searching for him and has expressed concerned for his wellbeing.

He is described as around 5ft 9in tall, slim build and possibly wearing a dark waterproof jacket.

It's thought he may be in the Uddingston area.

Inspector Morven Sutherland, based in Dumbarton, said: "We're appealing for anyone who has seen Joe to contact us.

"Our enquiries have established Joe may be in the Uddingston area, but we are keeping an open mind so anyone who has any information should let us know."

Anyone with information should contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident number 3195 of 29 September.
