Police in Falkirk have launched a crackdown on speeding motorists throughout the district.
Officers are stepping up patrols in a number of areas following concerns from residents about drivers going too fast.
Earlier this week we told you how a two drivers had been arrested and another reported for road traffic offences.
Posting on Twitter, Falkirk Police said: "In response to concerns from local residents, Falkirk Community Police Officers are conducting speed checks in the Bantaskin and Hallglen areas of Falkirk throughout the festive period.
