Cops issue CCTV image of man after teen girl assaulted in Glasgow city centre

Police are hunting a man in relation to an assault on a teen girl in Glasgow city centre.

The attack happened on Gordon Street, close to Union Street, on 26 August.

Officers said the shocking incident took place at 8.10pm and left the woman upset but uninjured.

The man in the image is described as white, between 25 and 40 years of age and had short dark hair.

He was wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans and black t-shirt.

Constable David Moffat, Baird Street Police Station, said:

“I am appealing to anyone who may recognise the man in the image to contact police at Baird Street via telephone number 101 quoting incident number 3453 of 26 August, 2020.”
