Cops hunt Scots ‘flasher’ after man exposes himself at shocked woman on street

Police are appealing for help to identify a man who indecently exposed himself in front of a woman in Moray.

The incident took place between 7.30pm and 7.45pm on Saturday, May 15, in the Land Street area of Keith.

The woman was left upset by what she witnessed and reported the incident to police who have launched a probe.

They say the suspect is believed to be white, around 5ft 6in tall with brown hair.

He was wearing black skinny jeans and a green or khaki jacket.

Constable Chris MacKinnon said: "This was an upsetting incident for the woman involved who thankfully reported the matter to the police.

“I am appealing to the public to get in touch if they think they know who the man is or have witnessed similar incidents recently.

“Anyone with information is asked to contact us on 101, quoting reference number 4774 of 15 May."
