Cops hunt man after brutal attack in Dundee casino

Cops are hunting for a man who may be able to assist them after a man was hospitalised in a Dundee casino.

Officers from Police Scotland have launched a CCTV appeal to trace a man they believe "could assist in their enquiries".

It comes after a male was attacked inside the Grovesnor Casino in Marketgait in the Tayside city on March 15 at around 3.30am.

The man police want to speak to is described as white, in his mid-twenties to mid-thirties with short hair shaved on the sides and wearing a long sleeve blue top, dark jeans and white trainers.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Anybody with information with regards to what happened or who can identify the man is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident number 0652 of 15 March.

"Any information can also be passed anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
