Scottish woman missing after night out in Newcastle found 'safe and well'

A Scots woman who went missing after a night out in Newcastle has been found 'safe and well'.

Chloe Repper was last seen in the city centre in the early hours of this morning after becoming separated from her friend in a night club.

Police launched an appeal to help find the 33-year-old, who reportedly got into a taxi after leaving Greys Club at 3am.

Cops have now confirmedd Chloe has been found.

A Northumbria Police spokesperson said: "Chloe has now been found safe and well in Newcastle.

"A huge thank you to everyone who shared our appeal and helped locate her safely."

A Facebook appeal issued by Northumbria Police earlier this morning read: "Both police and Chloe's family are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare and we need her to get in touch.

"We are also asking that that the taxi driver who took Chloe home, or anyone who may have seen her after 3am, gives us a call."
