Cops are hunting a sex fiend who targeted a teenager in a Paisley park.
The predator pounced on the terrified 19-year-old woman at a grassy area off Brediland Road, Foxbar.
She was then subjected to a horrific sexual assault before being able to escape and raise the alarm.
Senior police officers yesterday moved to reassure members of the public over the sickening attack, which happened on between 7.30pm and 8pm.
A large area where the assault took place remains sealed off and officers are standing by the scene.
