A package that caused a Lanarkshire mail depot to be locked down on Wednesday was found to be non-suspicious.
Police have confirmed the item at the Cambuslang Parcelforce depot was not harmful.
Specialist officers had scrambled to the Cambuslang Road building around 6.15am in response to a call regarding concerns over an item there.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service were also in attendance at the scene.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman told Lanarkshire Live : “Following enquiries, the package was found to be non-suspicious and there was no risk to the wider public.”
