Cops closed two Scots bridges amid an ' ongoing incident ' this morning.

The Clackmmananshire Bridge and the nearby Kincardine Bridge were shut off in both directions.

The Clackmananshire Bridge has since been reopened in both directions although it is currently unclear about the Kincardine bridge.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "The Kincardine Bridge and Clackmannanshire Bridge are both currently closed in both directions at present due to an ongoing Police incident.

"A statement with more details will be issued shortly."
