Cops becoming 'increasingly concerned' for missing teen who vanished two days ago

Police have launched a desperate search for a missing teen who vanished two days ago.

Peter Odunlade, also known as Femi, was last seen in the Strathmore Avenue area of Dundee.

A search has been launched after he vanished at around 11.35am on Tuesday, July 6.

The 17-year-old is described as black, around 5"7 of slim build with short dark hair and he speaks with a Nigerian accent.

He was last seen wearing a blue, red and white patterned jacket with light trousers, black trainers and carrying a blue carrier bag.

Police say they are becoming "increasingly concerned" for the youngster's welfare.

Anyone with information is being urged to come forward.

Constable Rachel McQueen said: "We are becoming increasingly concerned for Peter's welfare and want to ensure he is safe and well.

"Anyone who has seen Peter or knows where he might be can call 101 quoting incident number 1097 of 6 July."
