Cops becoming 'increasingly concerned' for missing 65-year-old Scot

Police are becoming "increasingly concerned" for a missing 65-year-old Scot.

Gordon Proctor disappeared on Tuesday afternoon from East Renfrewshire.

The 65-year-old was last seen in the Netherlee area at 11:15am on Tuesday, July 6.

It is believed Gordon may have travelled to Ayrshire.

He is described as 6ft tall and was last spotted wearing a lilac polo shirt, blue jumper and cream Shorts.

Anyone with information is being urged to come forward as cops are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.

Constable Laura Kelly, of Giffnock Police Station, said: "We are growing increasingly concerned for Gordon's welfare and appeal for anyone with information, or Gordon himself, to get in touch with Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident number 2460 of 6th July 2021."
