Cops were attacked as up to 200 people were chucked out of a wild Airbnb house party.
An investigation has been launched after officers were assaulted while ejecting people from the 'holiday property' on Delamere Road in Levenshulme.
The owner of the house, understood to have rented it out for the night on Airbnb, was 'duped', police said.
No one has been arrested. Detectives, who are looking into 'crimes of violent disorder' and trawling CCTV footage, want to hear from anyone who went to the party.
Officers were called shortly before 10.30pm on Good Friday (April 19) following reports of a rowdy party.

'Terrified' residents said there were dozens of drunk people in the street making a racket.
Police found between 150 and 200 people at the party. As officers started escorting people out, they were attacked.
Items were thrown at police as violence flared.
Fortunately, no one was hurt and the property was eventually cleared.
DC Chris Henderson, from GMP’s City of Manchester team, said: “Not only had the party-goers duped the home owner, the party got out of hand, they terrified local residents in their own homes, then reacted with violence towards police officers when they attempted to clear the party.
“This behaviour is simply unacceptable.
“We are currently investigating crimes of violent disorder and will be reviewing CCTV to identify those involved.
“We would like to hear from anyone who has any information that can help police as we attempt to bring those responsible to justice."
