Cops arrest two men after early morning attempted murder in Aberdeen

Two men have been arrested in connection with an attempted murder in Aberdeen today.

Officers from Police Scotland have arrested two 21-year-olds after a 19-year-old man was found badly hurt around 3.10am this morning on Walker Road in the Torry area.

He was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with "serious injuries".

Cops have said the enquiry is ongoing.

Police say they are treating the incident as attempted murder.

Detective Sergeant Bruce Buntain, of Aberdeen CID, said: "Enquiries into the incident remain ongoing and I am appealing to anyone who saw or heard any suspicious activity in the area to contact police as soon as possible."
