Police investigating reports a woman was attacked in Grangemouth last month say no crime has taken place.
Officers were called out after she was said to have been assaulted by a male youth after refusing to buy a group of people alcohol.
It was reported to have happened outside the Spar at Charlotte Dundas Court on Friday March, 26.
However, an investigation that was launched could find no criminality had taken place.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Following a report a woman had been assaulted by a male youth in Charlotte Dundas Court, Grangemouth, on Friday 26 March.
"Officers have conducted enquiries and established that no crime has taken place."
