Cop car crashes into traffic lights in head-on smash right outside police station

A police car was involved in a head on smash... right outside a police station.

The vehicle has been taken off the road after crashing into the set of traffic lights on Dunkeld Road in Perth .

But colleagues didn’t have far to run for help as the incident, just after 10pm on Wednesday night, happened right outside the city’s police headquarters.

No-one was hurt in the collision which is now at the centre of an investigation.
