Split across three levels, the kitchen can be found on the ground floor - complete with granite worktops and modern amenities, while the living room covers the entire first floor offering elevated sea views.
A reading nook, bathroom and two bedrooms - a master and a double - can be found on the top floor, with White Company towels, luxury linens and Molton Brown toiletries provided.
There are plenty of games and books, too as well as Netflix and a DVD player. The generous welcome hamper extends to Cornish granola, bread and butter, as well as coffee pods, tea bags and all the essentials..
Mousehole itself is as charming as you would expect, with a pretty harbour and a few cafés and restaurants dotted around its narrow streets. Perhaps its best-known, 2 Fore Street, is worth booking in advance if you fancy a Michelin-worthy dinner steps away from the sea.
The village has a couple of small art galleries, too. For more of that, head into Penzance just three miles away where you will be spoilt for choice with the likes of The Exchange, Cornwall Contemporary and the glorious Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens awaiting you.
