Cool stay of the week: a charming Art Deco villa on the Isle of Wight

With four reception rooms, and six bedrooms - that can sleep up to 14 adults and five children - one thing this week’s Cool Stay of the Week isn't lacking is space.

Located on the Isle of Wight , this Art Deco villa houses a drawing room, dining room, sun room and garden room all with elegant interiors on a desirable clifftop locale.

The villa is set on a three-quarter acre plot of land with formal gardens and the kitchen is complete with three ovens and a large gas hob.

When you don’t feel like cooking, however, there are private dining services on offer – from a celebration cake and afternoon tea to a full dining experience. These can be enjoyed in the grand dining room, with its deep red walls, wood panelling, chandeliers and a table that seats 18.

Upstairs, you’ll find the sunroom with stunning views from Culver Cliffs over to Luccombe, the perfect place to enjoy a moment of solitude with your morning cup of tea.

Each of the six bedrooms offer sumptuous beds with luxe linen and there is additional sleeping space available in the morning room.

The villa comes with manicured garden and splendid sea views (CoolStays)

The location is primed for exploring the many beaches of the Isle of Wight and the nearby town of Vetnor has a number of independent shops to browse. Steephill Cove is also worth a visit to sample some of the freshly-caught seafood on offer.
