About 2,000 Edo furin wind bells adorn the path to the main hall of Kasuisai temple in Fukuroi, Shizuoka Prefecture. Kasuisai is one of three temples in the city currently hosting the Enshu Sanzan Furin Matsuri festival, which was launched last year by the Fukuroi city tourist association and other entities as a special summer event. The festival will run through Aug. 31.
