A stretch of road between the Co Tyrone towns of Dungannon and Cookstown was closed due to a road traffic collision.
The crash involved three vehicles and occurred yesterday evening on the Cookstown Road section of the A29.
It comes only weeks after a serious road traffic accident on the same road, which caused the death of a 20-year-old man.
The section of road was closed and diversions were in place at Agharan Road and The Gables.
Motorists were advised to plan alternative routes and to avoid the area wherever possible.
