Cookstown 100 online booking opens for 'limited number of spectators'

Online booking has opened for a limited number of spectators to attend this year's Cookstown 100.

Organisers are planning to run a closed event with some fans from September 11-12.

A number of packages have been made available, with prices ranging from £17.50 to £25.

Organisers say bookings will be taken on a "first come first served basis" with September's races open to a "very limited" number of spectators.

All Irish road races this year have been officially cancelled due to the coronavirus crisis apart from the Tandragee 100 and Cookstown 100.

The Tandragee 100 has been postponed until further notice, while it was announced this week that the Cookstown 100 has been rescheduled for September.

The Cookstown club said: "There is a very limited amount of spectators allowed, and the online booking system is on a first come first served basis, so it is up to the public to secure their packages as the club cannot issue any further when the numbers are reached."

More details on the ticketing arrangements can be found on the Cookstown and District Motorycle Club website.
