Just to tidy up a loose end from Thursday relating to property investment group Conygar.
To recap, private investors had been annoyed by the company paying out a total of £12.8m to its directors in salaries and bonuses over the past five years.
But despite a protest element at its annual meeting all the resolutions were passed. The key one to accept the remuneration report received an 83.23% vote in favour.
However if the abstentions are included, they show that 26% of shareholders did not support the motion. Not exactly a ringing endorsement.....
Conygar's shares have dipped 1p to 96p.
