A fraudster will appear at Bristol Crown Court today after being caught on the run.
Aiden Frazer, 44, was sentenced in his absence to three-and-a-half years in prison after being convicted of fraud.
He was arrested in the West Midlands following a public appeal to trace him.
Frazer was known by police to befriend and defraud vulnerable victims up and down the UK.
He previously frequented other areas including Bristol such as Birmingham, Leicestershire, Wolverhampton, Gloucester and Blackpool.
He was known by police to move around the country using aliases and befriending vulnerable people before opening mobile phone contracts and financial accounts in their name.
