Kim Kardashian returned to the runway. But her walk had the internet wondering if she was on her way to the bathroom.
The 44-year-old star appeared in Balenciaga‘s fall 2025 couture show during Paris Fashion Week on Wednesday, July 9.
Her look was a tribute to Hollywood icon Elizabeth Taylor.

The reality TV star walked down the runway in a figure-hugging ivory midi dress with lace trim, topped with a fur coat around her shoulders.
The look was inspired by a dress worn by Elizabeth Taylor in the 1958 film Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.

Kim also wore a selection of diamonds that included the Mike Todd Diamond Pendant Earrings worn by the actress in the past and later purchased by Lorraine Schwartz at an auction.
Newlywed Lauren Sánchez, Nicole Kidman, Naomi Watts, Katy Perry, Cardi B, Lorde, and other stars were in the audience, watching Kim’s walk.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians alum shared pictures of the look on Instagram.
“Walking Demna’s last Balenciaga Couture show dripping in Lorraine Schwartz jewelry and wearing Elizabeth Taylor’s own diamond earrings from her private collection,” she wrote in the caption.

This time, netizens weren’t too impressed by her return to the runway and asked if she was “constipated.”
“I thought Kim was just walking to her seat, I had no idea it was supposed to be an actual runway walk! Omg how atrocious and embarrassing,” one said.

“She’s walking like someone’s drunk aunt at the wedding reception,” another quipped. “She can barely walk!! Stumbling like she’s drunk.”
“It looks like she is in pain or it hurts to move,” one wrote.
“Walking discreetly to the bathroom after eating Taco Bell,” said another.
“Me sleepwalking from the potty back to my bed at 4am,” read one comment

The Skims founder, who once called herself a “huge Elizabeth Taylor nerd,” has been open about her obsession with the Hollywood star.
“I was always drawn to Elizabeth Taylor,” she told BBC last year.
Kim was the last person to have a published interview with the Oscar-winning actress before she passed away in 2011.
“You are my idol. But I’m six husbands and some big jewels behind,” she told Elizabeth during the interview for Harper’s Bazaar. “What should I do?”

“I never planned to acquire a lot of jewels or a lot of husbands. For me, life happened, just as it does for anyone else,” the Hollywood star responded.
The onscreen legend called herself “supremely lucky” to have known “great love” and called herself the “temporary custodian of some incredible and beautiful things.” But what made her feel “more alive” were other things.

“I have never felt more alive than when I watched my children delight in something, never more alive than when I have watched a great artist perform, and never richer than when I have scored a big check to fight AIDS,” she told Kim.
“Follow your passion, follow your heart, and the things you need will come,” she added.

Last year, Kim said she wants to “ensure” Elizabeth’s legacy continues.
“There’s so many young people I want to remind or even teach them about who she is,” she told BBC.
The Kardashians star said she was “moved” by how the Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? actress would “fight for people that were voiceless.”
“She was very honest about her love life and she would obviously fall in and out of love,” she said, before adding “she loved love.”

Kim found it “completely inspiring” that Elizabeth was involved in AIDS activism, back when it was still a taboo subject.
“The main thing is that she just did not care,” Kim said, “the scrutiny was worth the help that she was able to accomplish.”
“Why is she walking like she just got a hip replacement the day before,” one wrote online
