Boris Johnson promised to look after Britain's "future" and hit out at rival Jeremy Corbyn as he outlined the policies in the Conservative Party manifesto.
The Prime Minister was greeted by chants of "Boris! Boris!" before taking to the stage at the event in Telford, a Leave-voting area of the West Midlands.
Before Mr Johnson, Conservative Party chairman James Cleverly told the conference hall that the Tories will "promise to listen".
The party has unveiled the "most transparent manifesto in history" on spending, according to Chancellor Sajid Javid.
