Conor McGregor is continuing preparations for his UFC return, having not fought in over a year.
The former two-weight champion posted two videos to his Instagram from a public a sparring session with SBG teammate Cian Cowley.
The videos are accompanied by a caption which reads: "Clean progressive work in the big gloves. Let’s keep it going Team McGregor!"
The Dublin man recently announced his intention to return to the sport which made him famous on January 18.
His weight class and opponent are yet to be confirmed, stating: "I do not give a f***," when speaking about who he will fight.
Justin Gaethje and Donald Cerrone are being touted as potential opponents for 'The Notorious'.

However at a media day, McGregor hinted that he could fight the winner of Saturday's UFC 244 main event between Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal.
McGregor made reference to 'consistency' and indicated that his January fight may not be his only one next year.
Just days ago, he posted workout photos to his Instagram page.
