Conor McGregor UFC news: Peter Queally shares hilarious meme of Notorious from Bellator Dublin

Peter Queally is back to winning ways after beating Ryan Scope in their Bellator Dublin clash - and he's in good form.

The SBG man and fan favourite was downed early on, but fought back to sensationally recover and finish Scope in the second round of the blockbuster card on September 27.

A team-mate of Conor McGregor, 'The Showstopper' sprinted towards the Notorious one after the pulsating victory - and has even made a meme from the snaps of the celebrations.

Sharing a meme on Twitter, Queally joked: "When you’re not grounded anymore and your mate is waiting for you in next door's garden".

Also picking up big wins last month were James Gallagher, Kiefer Crosbie and Leah McCourt.

It comes as Max Holloway insists he has no interest in fighting an 'unhealthy' Conor McGregor.

Holloway was beaten by the Dubliner in 2013 before McGregor went on to win the featherweight and then the lightweight world titles.

But McGregor last won a fight in 2016 against Eddie Alvarez and was choked out by Khabib Nurmagomedov last November.

In the meantime, Holloway embarked on a 13-fight winning streak which included winning the featherweight belt in 2017.

He lost to Dustin Poirier at lightweight this year but bounced back to defend his 145lb title against Frankie Edgar three months later.

And ahead of his next defence against Alexander Volkanovski in December, Holloway told ESPN: "When did Conor beat Aldo? December 2015. When did he beat Eddie? November 2016. For those 12 months he ruled the world, not just UFC.

"The one thing I can remember and take away from that time was his focus. He was so focused; he decided what he wanted.

"He said stuff, he pointed to the sky, he reached for the stars and he reached for the moon and he made it happen, it was magical. That’s what drew in the world for him.

"I don’t see that same focus. If you’re going after everything, you’re not focused on anything.

"Am I interested in a pay day fight to fight him? Sure. But I’m really not interested in competing with him if he’s not at his best. He doesn't seem healthy; he doesn’t seem right.

"If he comes back and says, ‘Hey, I beat Max when he was a kid, I want to beat him in his prime to prove I’m the best ever, then yeah, I want that chance. I want that champ, that 2015 to 2016 mentality and focus.

"For now it’s not interesting for me. Even for his fans, they want him focused. I wanna fight the best Conor McGregor ; he can go figure things out and let us know."
