Conor McGregor will have to remain on standby to appear before a judge later this month over his role in an alleged phone-smashing incident.
McGregor entered not guilty pleas in a US court last month for charges against him after he allegedly slapped a phone out of a man’s hand and stamped on it.
The 30-year-old was arrested on March 11 and charged with one count of strong-arm robbery and one count of criminal mischief.

McGregor was initially facing up to 20 years behind bars, however, prosecutors have since reduced the charges.
The degree of one felony charge has been lowered and the other converted to a misdemeanour.
The case came before Miami-Dade County Court again yesterday, where a trial date was set for Monday, May 13.

The Dubliner was also told that he will have to stay on standby to appear before a judge if required.
McGregor's lawyer Sam Rabin told RTÉ News after the hearing: "I look forward to resolving this case on May 13th."
