Jorge Masvidal had a simple message for Conor McGregor after the Dubliner's devastating victory over Donald Cerrone at UFC 246.
The Notorious needed just 40 seconds to blow away his opponent in Las Vegas in the early hours of Sunday morning.
McGregor and UFC supremo Dana White are each eyeing a rematch with Russian brawler Khabib Nurmagomedov for his next fight, but Masvidal - who holds the record for the fastest-ever UFC knockout at just five seconds - is another potential opponent.
Former two-weight UFC king McGregor aimed a jibe at Masvidal's attire as the American was cageside for the 31-year-old's victory.
And Masvidal has now broken his silence on McGregor's win.
He tweeted: "Saw what I needed to see #theresurrection."
The 35-year-old wore the same Versace dressing gown McGregor donned ahead of his open workout prior to fighting Floyd Mayweather in a boxing bout in 2017.
And McGregor said: "Talk about blowing it. If you ask me, that was ridiculous. I don’t know what was going on there. The old ladies in Ireland wear the house coats watching soap operas.
“So I’m like what’s this guy sitting there? I don’t know, whatever, all the best.
"I know what it is [wearing the same robe]. Why? I don’t know either. I’m just whatever. I don’t know.
“It wasn’t a good night for Jorge if you ask me. All the best to him. God loves a trier.”
