Conor McGregor UFC News: Artem Lobov warns Khabib Nurmagomedov that Notorious feud isn't settled

Artem Lobov has warned Khabib Nurmagomedov that his feud with Conor McGregor is 'not even close' to being settled.

Lobov was heavily involved in the start of the rivalry, when McGregor flew to New York on a fight week that included both Russians and attacked the UFC Lightweight Champion's bus after a press conference.

And despite the fact that McGregor and Khabib fought last year in the biggest MMA fight of all time - a bout which Nurmagomedov won - the 'Russian Hammer' claims their rivalry isn't done yet.

Speaking with MMA legend Chael Sonnen ahead of his highly anticipated Bare Knuckle rematch with Jason Knight this weekend, Lobov said: "Things are definitely not fine.

“There’s some unsettled business there, and I think in due course it will all be settled, but as of now, it’s definitely not even close.

"Obviously his guys that support him, they always have a lot to say about me, but I don’t mind because it keeps my name in the headlines, it keeps my name in the Internet searches.

"And, as a result, it keeps my salary nice and high.”

Nurmagomedov's fourth round submission of Conor McGregor in October last year was followed by controversy outside of the cage, which saw both men pick up fines and suspensions.

McGregor has claimed he will return to the Octagon in January, but Dana White says nothing has been done in regards his comeback fight.
