Conor McGregor spotted at Black Forge Inn for first time since opening of €3m pub

Conor McGregor was spotted in his Dublin pub The Black Forge Inn for the first time since it opened its doors.

The Crumlin pub opened its doors earlier this year and has become a popular spot among locals.

And McGregor popped in for a visit in what was his first time on the premises since it opened to the public.

The UFC reportedly bought the site for nearly €2m and pumped in a further €1m in renovations.

And the popular UFC star shared snaps as he stopped in with partner Dee Devlin.

Taking to Instagram, McGregor said: "Ireland’s original @theblackforgeinn"

And McGregor even got a photo with pubgoer Eric with one of his UFC belts.

And comments came streaming in with Conor's sister Aoife saying: "Best place in the world "

While Cian Cowley said: " Love it welcome home champ"

McGregor seemed in good spirits despite having to say goodbye to his beloved pet pooch Hugo.

McGregor's best friend had been by his side for 10 years and McGregor broke news of his passing last night.

He said on Instagram: " So heart broken to say my dog Hugo has passed away. He was with me all the way, my closest companion. From sleeping on a bed frame without a mattress to everything else that came after.

"Thank you for all the work put in alongside me to get this life correct for our family. All the love and cuddles we will miss forever and ever our Hugo! Gutted"

"RIP the best boy Hugo McGregor"
