Conor McGregor spotted at Bellator 227 in first Irish public outing since Dublin pub punch video

Conor McGregor has been spotted in Dublin tonight supporting his teammates at a Bellator MMA fight night.

The Irishman has kept a low profile in recent weeks, but showed up at the 3 Arena to support three of his pals, Kiefer Crosbie, Peter Queally and James Gallagher, who were fighting on the night.

McGregor, 31, has apologised after a video emerged which appeared to show him punching a man in a pub after an exchange of words.

The MMA legend received a rapturous round of applause when he did a lap outside the cage before taking his seat to watch the bouts, reports the Irish Mirror.

The Notorious donned a white suit and glasses as he enthusiastically supported his teammates.

This isn't the first time McGregoer has spent time with pal O'Connell.

The pair were spotted together at a BAMMA fight night in May 2018.

Among the fans the Crumlin man posed for pictures with was Ian O'Connell, who was paralysed from the neck down after an unfortunate accident.
