Conor McGregor shows off his football skills in nod to Real Madrid star Sergio Ramos

Conor McGregor channelled his inner Sergio Ramos as he showed off his football skills on social media.

The UFC star, appearing to be back in Ireland after holidaying with his family in the south of France and Corsica, posted a video on Instagram calling for the attention of the Real Madrid captain.

Playing with some youngster, the 32-year-old plants a shot with the outside of his left foot into the bottom corner of the net.

He then scores a couple more goals with a sizeable crowd gathering to watch the former two weight world champion.

He wrote on the post: "What do you think @sergioramos? We Are The Forge!"

The 'Forge' refers to the Black Forge Inn in Drimnagh who have recently set up a football team that McGregor has helped in getting off the ground.

McGregor played underage football growing up in Crumlin before turning his attention to mixed martial arts in his late teens. He also told before that he supports both Manchester United and Celtic.

Ramos himself had previous channelled his inner Conor McGregor when doing the Dubliner's iconic strutting walk after scoring a spectacular goal in training for Madrid.
